Infrastructure Development for the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA)

AFL was contracted by NNOHA at their founding to help them build their infrastructure and develop a sustainable organization. Our work included establishing an annual conference for over 500 attendees, supporting the Board of Directors to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities, fundraising, and membership management. When we started working with NNOHA they had $5,000 in annual revenue and 250 members. Within 5 years, NNOHA had more than 2,000 members and $1 million in annual revenue – and they continue to grow.
